Our service

AutoChat AI provides software that helps medical practices manage patient enquiries received on the practice's WhatsApp Business number, by reading incoming messages and preparing suggested replies, with the practice controlling how replies are reviewed and sent. The service is provided to medical practices; it is not a service offered directly to patients.

Not medical advice

AutoChat AI is a communication and administrative tool. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The practice controls how suggested replies are reviewed and sent, and remains responsible for all clinical and patient communication decisions.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old to register interest or correspond with us. You agree not to misuse the website or service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The website and service, including their content, design, and software, are owned by AutoChat AI or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Availability and disclaimers

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AutoChat AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or service.
