AutoChat AI (PTY) Ltd respects your right to control your personal information.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of personal information we hold about you, email connect@autochatai.co.za with "Data deletion request" in the subject line, and include enough detail for us to identify your information (for example, the WhatsApp number used to contact a practice).

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and action verified requests within 30 days. We may need to retain certain information where the law requires it (for example, healthcare record-keeping or other legal obligations); we will tell you if this applies.

Information processed on behalf of a medical practice

If your information was sent to a medical practice through its WhatsApp number, that practice is the responsible party for that information. We process it as an operator on the practice's behalf, so we may refer your request to the practice or act on its instructions. You can also contact the practice directly.
